Chapter 1
Ending #1: Raven's Fire Playthrough: During the playthrough, there will be what are called "Decision Missions." These are highlighted in red in the guide. To get the first ending, it is recommended to always choose the top quest option. Then on your second playthrough, always select the bottom option.
Mission 1: Illegal entry
4 x Data Logs are automatically obtained from the primary objective of this mission when looting AC Wrecks. The story requires you to do this, and you can’t miss it.
Mission 8: Operation Wall Crawler
Data Recording: Head 270° in the direction of the compass (as indicated by the compass at the bottom of the screen). Jump to the platform at the edge of the area and follow it 180° towards the wall, where there is a robot with this data record.
Mission 9: Retrieve battle logs
5x data logs are automatically obtained from the main target of this mission. The goal of the mission is to plunder 5 wrecks. Each wreck provides 1 data log and cannot be missed. There are a few extra logs, at least 7 in total here: 2 at the bottom of the starting point, 3 on the snowy path to the right, and 2 in the crater in the middle.
Chapter 2
Mission 14: Crossing the sea
Data Log: After exiting the elevator at the beginning of the mission, a red laser will be aimed at you from above. Use the red laser to advance to the end of the first platform. At the edge of the platform, turn left and jump onto the railway (it's a long fall! At the end of the railway, in the direction 185° (compass at the bottom of the screen) you will find a broken mech, you can scan this log .
Chapter 3
Mission 15: Steal survey data
4x Data logs are automatically obtained from the primary target of this mission. As part of the main objective, you must loot wreckage, each of which provides 1 data log that cannot be missed. If you never earned any of the optional data logs, you will automatically earn them at this point: Silver: Data Log Collector Trophy/Achievement (the previous mission contained the 9 mandatory data logs from the story objectives).
Mission 16: Attack the refueling base
Bronze Log: When heading to the base, you'll cross a bridge that spans a large valley. From the bridge, turn 270° where there are two thin bridges crossing the valley. To the right of the second bridge is an enemy that shoots lasers. From the platform where this enemy is, look down 140° to where the fire is on the ground. Interact with this wreckage to obtain the data log.
Mission 17: Destroy V.VII
Data Recording: On the far right side of the area (facing the wall, facing 270°) drop to the ground and directly into the wall, with a ramp in the middle leading to a closed door. The wreck is located at the bottom of the ramp near the door.
Data log: Facing the wall, go to the far left of the "city" area near the target (heading 90°). On the ground around the high-rise building is a quadruped MT. In the same area, on the open road between high-rise buildings, you can find the wreckage with this log.
Mission 19: Investigate the unmanned floating city
Data Log: After the second fog control device, continue straight along the path, past more flying enemies. When the beacon starts moving to the right (relative to the direction you came from), continue straight until you see another circular structure on the ground with a wreckage above it with this log (a Silver Battle Log enemy is here too ). If you've achieved your goal of surveying drones, you've gone too far to the right.
Task 26: Historical data recovery
3x Data Logs are automatically fetched from story objectives, they can't be missed.

Ending #2 – The Liberator of the Rubicon Playthrough: To get the second ending, always choose the opposite decision to the one you chose in the first playthrough. In Mission 2: Attack the Dam Complex, I chose "REFUSE" (not sure if this affects the ending, but making this choice is 1% confirmed to result in an NG+ second ending). Then select "Accept" in NG++ when entering the third ending. You can get the log of this task by replaying it.
Mission 06: Assault on the Dam Complex [Alternative Mission] [New Game + Exclusive]

Mission 18+: Prevent businesses from salvaging new technology [New Game + Exclusive] [Decision]

Playing this mission will cancel this playthrough's regular mission 18: Tunnel Destruction, but since you already did it on the first playthrough, it will be available via the "Replay Mission". Which mission you choose will affect what ending you get, as NG+ comes with this new mission to "prevent corporations from salvaging new technology."
Mission 26+: Defend the Dam Complex [New Game + Exclusive]
