We have made many adjustments to monster abilities and elite monster affixes that can cause field control effects, including:
Ice-blessed elites that attack quickly and continuously (such as Ghost Archers and Viper Thugs) will no longer trigger Ice-blessed with every attack.
Reduces the frequency with which cold winds create overlapping wind walls.
Cannibal Glutton's stun ability is now easier to avoid.
Extended the cooldown of Icy Goathead Icicle.
Reduces the number of cold effects applied by Ice Spider attacks.
Namjali Snake Eyes stun duration reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1.25 seconds.
and other changes to make players less susceptible to crowd control effects less frequently.
Developer's Note: These changes are intended to reduce the amount of time players are controlled and allow more recovery time after receiving crowd control effects, especially at higher world tiers.

The number of shock waves released when the flame-blessed monster explodes is reduced by 1, and the damage caused is reduced by 20%.
Rotting Corpse Demon's charge damage reduced by 14%.
Miscellaneous
Affix categories on items are now more consistent.
Developer's Note: In Season of Blood, we have adjusted the way affixes are displayed in item tooltips. This change will lay the foundation for the future, making future random affixes easier to compare with each other.
The "Season" and "My Class" filters in the Tome of Power menu now remember previously selected settings.
Using a controller to navigate the glyph upgrade menu is now smoother.
Achievements, trophies, and challenges that share unlocks across platforms are now transferred through cross-platform progress.

"Plague Season"
Fixed the issue where the shadow clone provided by the Imprisoned Demonic Heart of the Deceitful Enemy would display the wrong prompt in the Field of Hatred.
Fixed an issue where the Shadow Clone of the Imprisoned Demon's Heart would be passed to the player after receiving a crowd control effect.
Fixed an issue where the stun effect of Calculation's Imprisoned Demonic Heart would not be triggered when casting infusion-enhanced skills.
Fixed an issue where monsters would open the door and enter the room when encountering Vasen in the Crypt of Cruelty.
Fixed an issue where players would not be able to complete the mission after defeating Watson's Echo if they had been previously killed by Vashon.
Fixed an issue where completed Season Journey objectives would still be displayed in the Recently Completed area of the Challenge Menu.
Fixed an issue where the forgotten rewards would not be sent to the player's storage box after defeating Vasen for the first time.
Fixed an issue where Watson's Echo would not necessarily drop legendary items after reaching level 35.
Fixed an issue in the "Cold Truth" mission where Kemon would not appear if the captain had been killed in battle and Vasen was defeated.
Gameplay

Fixed an issue where a Druid player's inventory could be filled with Soul Blessings, resulting in Soul Blessings-related tasks being unable to advance.
Developer Note: Druid Soul Offerings can now be dropped from the quest inventory and other quest items picked up.
Fixed an issue where players would lose their Aberrant Embers upon entering the Cellar.
Fixed an issue that caused players to be temporarily unable to move if they dodge immediately after casting channeled spells (e.g., Burning Flame and Lightning Storm).
Fixed an issue where Treasure Goblins would not always drop legendary items between levels 15 and 40.
Fixed an issue where multiple bosses would not necessarily drop legendary items after reaching level 35.
UI Fixed an issue where the prompt to disband a clan would lead the player to enter the clan name instead of using the provided code.
Fixed an issue in the "Answers in the Ashes" mission where the mission marker for searching the record room would not disappear after completing the objective.
Fixed an issue where the "Departure of the Virgin of Creation" objective provided the incorrect "Echoes of Hate" dungeon name.
Fixed an issue where Ke Meng's workbench would display two overlapping icons in Daqianyuan.
Fixed an issue where untracked Whisper progress would display the same update notification repeatedly.
Miscellaneous Fixed an issue where mounted NPCs would ride invisible horses. (Ghost horse?!)
Fixed an issue where professions that cannot equip daggers can equip Skeleton Keys (a reward for completing the "Proof of Conviction" mission).
Fixed an issue where the "Pearl of the Orient" quest could not be progressed in cooperative games.
Fixed an issue in the Druid quest "The Soul of the Lost Glade" where players would not be able to progress the quest if they joined the party after activating the last stone.
Fixed an issue where Rogues could use Stealth to skip the "Echoes of Lilith" combat phase.
