Method 1: (The hard disk and CD-ROM drive letters have changed slightly)
First, press Win+R at the same time to bring up run, enter Services.msc to open the local service manager, and find a service named Shell Hardware Detection in the list. The explanation of this service is to provide notification for automatic playback of hardware events. After double-clicking to open it, select Disabled as the startup type, click OK to save, and restart the system.
Method 2: (restart fails)
Run "regedit" to expand the following location:

Then edit StagingPath=C:Usersyour usernameAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsBurnBurn in the right box
