I am a civil servant in a party committee department, and my hobby is building websites. Because there is a static official website of the local government, I felt that everyone should have a platform for interactive communication, so I started building websites in my spare time in 2005. At first, I failed the exam at the unit. But because there is a forum, and one of the posts in the forum was once named by the Internet police of the provincial and municipal public security bureaus. It’s funny to think back now: The city’s Internet police had a discussion with us at that time and said that a certain post was illegal and the person who posted it must be traced. . I immediately said that this post must have been reposted. If you don’t believe it, just search it. After searching on Baidu and Google, I found this post all over the place, with exactly the same content! At that time, the Internet police was a little embarrassed and prevaricated: Who told you to list the name of your organization on this website? If you list your organization, it has a certain authority! Finally I stopped pursuing him and returned in anger. From then on, I just paddled over and did it myself!
I say this introduction because it is really not easy to do anything in China. In the past five years, I have been personally volunteering to build a website to promote local culture and promote local exchanges. I have spent my own money to promote my hometown. I have worked hard, which not only delayed my career, but also cost me money. The only gratifying thing is that I have gained recognition and built a platform for ordinary people to communicate. The website has organized exhibitions and carried out activities such as poetry recitals in support of the Wenchuan Earthquake, fundraising to help poor college students, and clothing donations to impoverished and disaster-stricken areas. These were publicized and reported by municipal media.
But it is a personal website after all. Entering 2009, development became increasingly difficult. The inspection at the beginning of the year resulted in the website I originally rented in 92 having to be moved to Meicheng Internet. However, the vps of Meicheng Internet was a telecommunications line and was not allowed to be moved again. The following is the relocation process:
1. We have been living together in 92 since 2009. At the beginning of 2009, the former 92 co-tenant said that my website had too much illegal information and suggested that I change the space (mainly because I was careless, and there was indeed a lot of spam in the comments on my blog);
2. 92 Shared Rental----Meicheng Internet. So I got angry and applied for a VPS from Shanghai Meicheng Internet. However, because it was a telecommunications line, Netcom access speed was too slow, and netizens had too many objections. Within a month, netizens raised funds to change the space again;
3. The good name of the Internet - Juying Network (original people). The original's two-lane speed was good at first, but it became less and less good. Everyone knows what happened next.
4. Primitive people----Shanghai temporary space. Before the original company went bankrupt, they quickly transferred the data to the so-called dual-line space in Shanghai. However, there were too many websites in this space and it was not the shared space I wanted. However, because the web is too large, it has not been transferred. As a result, access to telecommunications lines is too slow.
5. Shanghai Temporary-Zhejiang Double Line with huge profit. On December 1, Shanghai was disconnected from the Internet and it has not been restored yet. So I urgently contacted Juying and opened a dual-line space in Zhejiang. It took more than half a month to transfer the data. Some attachments are still missing.
6. Zhejiang’s two-line network was disconnected. On the evening of December 24, 2009, both lines in Zhejiang were cut off. It was resumed on the evening of December 25th.
The reason why I tell you about this experience is to prove one point: in today's era, if a personal website is purely based on hobbies and interests, sooner or later it will be injured. However, when the country's policies and laws are relatively unsound and implemented in action, it is often us individual webmasters who are the latest to be affected.
We always want to create spiritual value for society! But who is destroying us?
Don't force us to shout out this verse in the end: I raise my head and smile to the sky, leaving my liver and gallbladder intact!
Finally, let me introduce my website:
