In response to this important task, I made the following analysis in the early stage:

The most valuable keyword for the company is: "Kunming shelves". We selected the first and second websites ranked by this keyword on Baidu for analysis:

After understanding this, there is no need to analyze the others in depth and list them one by one.
Analysis conclusion:
1. Both websites are built by the same Internet company. Most of the company’s website construction cases have independent friendly links on the inner pages and are connected in series. The homepages of many of the company’s projects have been designed for these two websites. Single link without using keywords as anchor text. The reasons will not be analyzed here, and I will reserve my opinion.
2. The two websites have not been professionally designed and structured, and do not have any online marketing consultant support.

3. Analysis of own situation
The company already has a website. After analyzing its website, we obtained the following information:

3. External situation analysis

4. Website domain name
Although the PR of Yunnan Shelf Network www.yunnanhuojia.com is 0, it has been used for more than one year, has no bad records, and has a small number of old customers and popularity. The domain name is easy to remember. It is not bad to put a little emphasis on the logo design. Can be retained.
Conclusion and solutions:
1. All external links to external sites will be canceled immediately
2. Give them guidance and gradually increase external links first.
3. Immediately prepare detailed product descriptions and case introductions, and provide training and guidance on how to write article titles and content, and how to appropriately embed keywords in articles.
