Windows 7's cool themes allow users to change their mood almost every day. But it has a side effect: if you change the icon of the recycle bin, the theme will restore it to its original appearance by default.
It's like, you use the beautification function in Rubik's Cube, or the beautification master in Windows 7 Optimization Master to customize some of your favorite system icons, such as the Recycle Bin, computer, etc., but you find that they have been restored by the system theme.
In fact, it is very simple to solve this problem. The steps are as follows:
1. Right-click on a blank space on the Windows 7 desktop and select Personalize
2. Click Change desktop icons, clear the Allow themes to change desktop icons check box, and then click OK. Now your icons will be preserved, the only way is to change them manually from a similar desktop dialog.
In this way, your personalized settings will not be automatically changed by the Windows 7 theme in the future.
