1. Honesty

For those newbies, they may be blinded by you for a while because they don't understand anything, but sooner or later they will become veterans, and when they understand that day, they will be very disgusted with you. Everyone understands, this XX website actually wants to promote the release of soft articles for free, and it is also soft articles with external links. Friends who know a little bit about the Internet industry know that there is a fee for posting soft articles, and for some big websites, rich people may not send them to you. It also depends on the quality of the content of the article. But this friend is very good. He thought that asking people to help publish soft articles was like helping other people's websites to increase the number of included ones. He thought that he was doing others a favor. Let’s take a look at this person:

2. Equality
When cooperating, we must keep in mind the principle of equality and mutual benefit. We must not devalue ourselves just because the other party is a big company, nor be arrogant because the other party is a small company. If you blindly flatter the other person, they will not think highly of you, but will despise you. 4. Gratitude
Nothing is absolutely fair in this world. When cooperating, the benefits obtained by both parties cannot be absolutely balanced. But no matter who benefits more or less, we must not care about it. Cooperation is a matter of mutual benefit and win-win. No matter how big or small the benefit is, everyone is a winner. If you emphasize too much with the other party about who suffered the loss and who took advantage, then the cooperation is likely to be just this one time and there will be no possibility of cooperation in the future. Because no one wants to cooperate with a company that is short-sighted and cares about everything.
If you really want to care, then hold a grateful heart and sincerely thank the other party: thank the other party for being willing to cooperate with you, and thank the other party for allowing you to benefit from the cooperation. Don't worry about how much the other party gets, what matters is what you get.
5. Think about the other person
When cooperating, you must always consider the other party and think about the other party's interests. Only in this way can the cooperation be long-lasting and the relationship be stable. From a broad perspective, we can allocate more resources during cooperation so that the other party can gain more benefits. From a small perspective, when negotiating and communicating, pay more attention to the other party's feelings and try to save the other party's time.
For example, when we ask the media to help send out a press release, we should prepare the manuscript in at least three formats. One is Word format, the second is txt format, and the third is online news link. Because different media work in different ways. Some media may publish manuscripts in word format in the most time-saving manner, which can be done in one minute.
