When playing the Condor Game, a prompt indicating that the server cannot be connected will pop up. At this time, there are two situations: being unable to enter the game and prompts popping up from time to time after entering the game. Both of these are caused by network problems. You can first confirm whether the server is undergoing maintenance and updates. If not, you need to check your network status.
1. The game can be entered, but when I click to enter the game, it immediately prompts "Unable to connect to the server"
Reason: This problem is a network problem and needs to be investigated
Solution:
(1) Try to play the game on other machines with different network environments (not in the same LAN or the same router), and try to log in with different accounts to see if the same prompt still appears. If the same prompt still appears, it may not be the customer. If the client or computer fails, you need to pay attention to the announcements in the game or customer service area to confirm the server status;
(2) In the same network environment, but the above prompt appears only when logging into the game on one of the computers, try to reset the network data. If the protection software is installed, directly try to repair the network or run the LSP repair function. If it is not installed, For protection software, you can use the following method: click the "Start" button -> Accessories -> Command Prompt, enter netsh winsock reset, and then press Enter, as shown below:
2. The game can be played normally, but "disconnected from the server" will pop up suddenly. This phenomenon will occur regularly or irregularly.
Reason: This problem is one of the network problems. Please first confirm whether there is a server failure and confirm that there are no network abnormalities on the server or the game side. Then you need to check the network status of your own computer.
Common solutions:
(1) Reset the network stack, use the network repair function of the protection software, or click the "Start" button -> Accessories -> Command Prompt, enter netsh winsock reset, and then press Enter;
(2) To repair LSP errors, use the LSP repair function of the protection software;
(3) Try to use the command prompt function mentioned in (1) to check the network connection, and use the PING command to check the connection delay of each website.
