This tutorial mainly uses quick masks and filters to create border effects. The filter function of PS is very powerful. As long as we study it carefully, we can create more beautiful photo frames.

1. Open a picture you like, create a new layer and fill it with your favorite color, then use the rectangular marquee tool to draw a selection slightly smaller than the picture as shown in Figure 1, then press "Q" to add a quick mask
