1. After opening the original image, (Image-Adjustment-Levels) parameters will depend on the needs of the image!

2. Create a new layer (Layer - New - Layer), double-click the foreground color, and change the foreground color to #11D7D0.
3. Change the layer blending mode to "Hue".

4. Return to the original layer.
5. Filter-Artistic Effect-Painting, brush size: 3, sharpening level: 6.

6. Finally, add text and pattern decoration to complete.
