What is your first action when taking pictures with a digital camera? The first action is "laughing". Only photos with a smiling face look beautiful and natural. No one wants their photos to be expressionless, boring and dull. The problem is, we are not like the ancient people 5,000 years ago who "smiled without showing their teeth." When you smile in front of the camera, your teeth will be recorded very accurately and clearly.
At this time, are you worried about "teeth with yellow spots" in the photo? In fact, through the powerful digital photo processing tools of Photoshop CS3, all the above problems can be easily solved. After the digital photos are taken and formed, we can clean the "yellowing" parts on the computer before digital printing. In this way, the photos we develop will result in beautiful and bright white teeth, adding to your confidence.
In the picture below, we can see the comparison between the before and after modification of the photo. In the removal process, the "pen tool" was mainly used to select the "teeth" part of the character, and then through "Decolor" and "Brightness/Contrast" , "Color Balance" and a series of adjustment commands to whiten teeth. The following examples will explain the specific operation steps to readers in detail. The comparison of pictures before and after beauty treatment is shown in Figure 1.

1. Execute the [File → Open] command (shortcut key Ctrl+O) to open the material picture: "photo.tif". We will see the entire picture as shown in Figure 2. Here we can easily find that the beauty in the picture has “yellowing” teeth.

2. Select the [Pen Tool] in the toolbox, click the [Path] button on the property bar, draw a path in the window, and select the tooth part as shown in Figure 3.
Note in Figure 3: In addition to using the pen tool to select the teeth, we can also use the most distinctive "Quick Selection Tool" in Photoshop to select.
3. Press the [Ctrl+Enter] key combination to convert the path into a selection, as shown in Figure 4. In this way, we can modify the selected yellow teeth individually.

Note: The purpose of adjusting the color balance here is to organically combine the whitened teeth with the character's face so that they can blend together better.
