1. Open the original image, create a new layer, and use the ellipse selection tool to create irregular concentric circles as shown in Figure 1. If you find it cumbersome, you can download a similar brush: Concentric Circle Brush Download. For convenience, I will also post the pattern. Come up as shown in Figure 2

<Picture 2> 2. Use the lasso tool to outline the character, then press Ctrl + Shift + I to invert the selection, then click on the mask shown in Figure 3, and then change the layer blending mode of this layer to: Screen (CS version) (For: filter color) The effect is as shown in Figure 4

3. Next, go back to the background layer, beautify the face, whiten it appropriately, smooth the skin and add blush. I will not explain these basic operations in detail. After completion, use the pen tool to outline the personalized pattern on the face. Create a new layer and fill it with red. Change the transparency of the layer to 60%. The effect is as shown in Figure 5.
<Figure 5> 4. Create a new layer below the concentric circle layer and fill it with black as shown in Figure 6. Then click on the mask as shown in Figure 7, and then use the circular gradient tool to draw a transparent gradient from the center of the picture to complete the final effect. .
