1. Open the image in photoshop and copy one layer.
2. Press ctrl+M to increase the light and dark contrast of the copied layer.

3. Change the layer mode of the copy layer to Exclude.

If you think this color is acceptable, there is no need to adjust it. If you feel it's not different enough, adjust it again.
4. Select the menu "Image-Adjustment-Color Replacement".

5. Use the curve tool to enhance the contrast between light and dark in the image.
6. Add text

There is a certain degree of care in adding text. It should not be too rigid, and it is not suitable to use fonts such as Song Dynasty or imitation Song Dynasty.

You can use some lively words to add a lot of color.
The layout shouldn’t be too rigid. You can try it out according to your own preferences.
