The "state and county system" will integrate and divide "counties" in "state" units, and existing adjacent "states and counties" can be edited and managed uniformly.
2. Prefectures and counties[edit]
Under the "state and county system" system, switch to the county view and click on the state or county that needs to be edited to open the county overview. Click the button [Edit Prefectures and Counties] in the lower right corner to enter the editing interface. 4. State Army
