Source: IT World Author: Hippo This tutorial introduces relatively simple skin grinding and polishing methods for characters. There is no need for too much detailed treatment during microdermabrasion. You only need to use a stamp tool to eliminate spots, then soften it appropriately, and then moisturize the skin later.

1. Open the photo to be retouched in Photoshop , first press Ctrl+J to copy the background layer of the photo, and use the stamp tool and the healing brush tool to remove spots on the face and body of the character. The method of using these two tools is to first hold down the Alt key, click on the area where the character's skin is intact, and then release the Alt key to smear the spots.
2. Symmetry is a natural attraction to humans, so we have to use Photoshop’s liquefaction filter to perform plastic surgery on the characters in the photos, because the eyes of the characters in the photos do not look very symmetrical. Select "Filter - Liquify" and use the "Forward Transform Tool" in the filter to drag the upper eyelid of the lower character's right eye, as shown in the picture.
3. Press Ctrl+J to copy the layer once, set the layer blending mode to Soft Light, then select "Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur" and set the radius to about 8~10px, but I don't want this effect to be applied to To the entire photo, I added a layer mask, filled the mask with black, and used a white brush tool (a soft-angled rounded brush with an opacity of about 30% to 50%) to paint the characters in the mask. face, so that the Gaussian blur effect will only affect the face of the character, as shown in the figure.
4. Next I am going to apply some foundation to the character. Create a new layer, select the larger soft-angle brush tool, set the opacity and flow to about 20~30, then hold down the Alt key and click on the whiter part of the character's face, then release the Alt key and carefully Paint the character's face, the effect is as shown in the picture.
5. Next we adjust the lips and eyes. For the treatment of lips, please refer to step 4. For the eyes, use the Lasso Tool with a feather value of 10px to select the eyes, then press Ctrl+J to copy them. Use the Dodge Tool (Exposure 10%) to paint the eyeball, the effect is as shown in the picture.
6. Use a black brush with an opacity of about 15% to paint around the eyes to add some eye shadow effect. Use the Healing Brush Tool to remove wrinkles from the corners of your eyes.
Using a new layer, paint some white on the whites of the eyes and set the layer blending mode to "Color".
7. Merge all your layers, then add a Levels adjustment layer and Curves adjustment layer as shown. Select "Layer - New Adjustment Layer".
Finally, you can also use hue/saturation to adjust the character's lips to make the lips more vivid, or use brightness/contrast to adjust the tone of the photo. You can do it as long as you like. The final effect is shown in the figure.
