Operation steps:
1. Confirm that the network connection service network connections is started: open services.msc--find network connections 2. The network connection related files are not lost: c:windowssystem32: netshell.dll, netman.dll, netcfgx.dll 3. Re-register network components : Run directly from the command line: regsvr32 netcfgx.dll regsvr32 netshell.dll regsvr32 netman.dll 4. If it prompts that DllRegisterServer in netshell.dll failed, return code: 0x80020009 Register below regsvr32 netcfgx.dll regsvr32 netshell.dll regsvr32 netman.dll Just add regsvr32 atl.dll before.
