7. What should I do if I lose progress?

a. When the game starts, reconnect to the account originally used to save data. 8. Game progress synchronization/multi-device data synchronization
Please make sure the game is connected to the account and the game data is saved. Connect the same account on a new device to read the latest game progress and synchronize it.
After connecting your account to enter the game, you need to complete 2 to 3 newbie guide levels, wait for the progress pop-up window to appear, select the correct progress and complete the second confirmation according to the instructions to synchronize the progress.

1. The game data of iOS and Android are not interoperable and cannot be synchronized with each other;

9. How to travel to other cities?
Collect all [Keys] in the current city (four restaurants on the same map) and click on the plane/cruise on the right side of the city to go to the next city.

10. How to unlock new restaurants?
Collect all [Keys] of the current restaurant and click on the next restaurant to unlock a new restaurant. Click on an unlocked restaurant to view the number of [Keys] required to unlock it.
11. What should I do if the goods do not arrive in my account after recharging?
First confirm whether the network connection is normal, then restart the game and check whether the account has been credited.
After restarting the game, the payment still hasn’t arrived. Please contact customer service and provide a screenshot of the payment details of the order (the screenshot needs to include time, product name and order number information). We will verify your order as soon as possible and reissue the relevant goods to you after confirming that it has not arrived.
12. Why entering a new city with gold coins starts from scratch?
Due to the design of the gameplay, each city has its own gold coins (you can see that the gold coins look different), and gold coins in different cities cannot be used universally for the time being.

13. What should I do if I don’t have enough gold coins to challenge a cleared level?
You can earn a lot of gold coins by challenging special levels.
14.What is a special level?
There are currently two types of special levels: pink levels and bonus levels (purple)
a. Pink level: In a restaurant, every time you complete 20 3-star levels (full of 3 stars), a pink level will be randomly refreshed among these 20 levels. You can complete 3 stars on any 20 levels in the same restaurant. The pink level will be refreshed immediately after it is cleared, and the gold coins will continue to flow!
b. Bonus level: The bonus level will refresh and appear at the 41st level of the restaurant, displayed in purple. After collecting all the keys to the restaurant (40 keys), the bonus level will appear automatically. Challenged bonus levels require a reset time of 4 hours before the challenge can be started again. You can also consume diamonds to reset the challenge immediately. Even if you fail the challenge in the bonus level, you can still get gold coins!
Note: There are no bonus levels for the breakfast shop and burger shop in the food town, as well as the four restaurants in the last city.
15. Why are some activities not displayed/unable to enter even though the game versions are the same?
There may be several reasons:
a. The activation conditions are not met: For example, an activity may require a certain number of main levels to be completed before it can be activated. Chef just needs to complete the main levels.
b. The activity time has not yet arrived. Specific activities will have opening times. Larger events will have advance notice and entrance guidance, but you need to wait until the event starts to enter.
c. Game resource loading is not completed. Resource loading may not be completed due to network factors. Chef can try switching maps or restarting the game to refresh resource loading.
d. The activity has been completed. If some activities have been completed and all rewards have been collected, the activity icon may disappear.
16. Why do the gold coins obtained in some levels do not match the price of food?
Gold coins for clearing levels are related to level objectives.
a. Love level: Get a certain number of love reviews to pass the level. The price of food in the level can be found at the top of the level.
b. Plate level: meet a certain number of dishes to pass the level. The price of food in the level can be found at the top of the level.
c. Continuous serving levels: Earn extra gold coins by serving dishes continuously to pass the level. The number of gold coins you clear each level is the extra gold coins you earn by serving dishes in succession.
17. Why is there no display of gold coins obtained after serving the food?
In the continuous serving level, only the extra gold coins obtained from [combination] will be calculated.
[Combo] You need to serve at least 3 consecutive dishes, and you can get 5 additional gold coins in total; 4 consecutive dishes, you can get 10 additional gold coins in total; 5 consecutive dishes, you can get 20 additional gold coins in total.
18.Why the food cannot be served/the customer does not accept the order
Only food requested by customers is served. If no customers accept the food, please first make sure that the ingredients are mixed correctly. An ingredient may be missing or extra ingredients may be added causing the food to be inconsistent with the customer's order.
Don’t be impatient if you are unable to serve food. If you double-click the food in a hurry, it will be thrown into the trash can (determined as a double-click to discard). The chef can modify the rules for discarding food in Settings-Discard mode.
Note: In some levels that provide extra plates, you can plate the food you don’t need temporarily and then continue to make the food your customers want. When a customer needs it later, just click on the food on the plate to serve it directly.
19.How to check the props you own
On the main interface of the game, click the mall in the lower left corner and select the props interface to view and purchase props. The number mark in the upper right corner of the item icon indicates the current number.
20. Why can’t I check the ownership status of some props?
The props will be gradually unlocked according to the progress of the main level. You can check the unlocked and ununlocked props on the level selection interface. Click on an unlocked (locked icon) prop to view the unlocking conditions.
If you have not yet unlocked a certain item but obtained it through redemption, etc., you will be temporarily unable to view it. It needs to be unlocked later to view and use it.
21. Physical strength and unlimited physical strength
The upper limit of physical strength in the game is 5 points, and 1 physical point will be restored every 30 minutes. If the challenge fails, 1 point will be deducted; if the challenge is successful, no stamina will be consumed.
Infinite physical strength is a countdown mechanism. For example, unlimited stamina for 30 minutes means that stamina will not be deducted under any circumstances within 30 minutes. Infinite stamina cannot be stored temporarily. Once obtained, it will be used. If obtained again later, the corresponding time will be added to the original remaining time.
