Get method
1. Go to Durotar's Razor Ridge to find Caprak to receive the quest. According to the quest, go to Orgrimmar to find the rogue trainer Shen'sur.
2. After giving three Shattered Hands military salutes to Shensur, obtain the follow-up tasks and complete the instructions.
3. Go to the silt swamp to find NPC Feisule, salute him after his name turns green to continue the mission.
4. Steal the tower key from Foreman Sirix, use the key to enter the tower, kill the enemy and bring back the boss head for delivery.
