The first feather of joy
First teleport to Shimulanka - Star Track King City, and head northwest. Walk forward and you will see a house with a windmill. Jump on the windmill to get the first Feather of Joy.
The second feather of joy
Teleport to the anchor point on the upper right, move northwest, jump into the pool in front of you, and get the second Feather of Joy.
The third feather of joy
Then go southwest and climb on the wall of the second house on the left to get the third Feather of Joy.
The fourth feather of joy
Teleport to the underground anchor point on the upper left, fly southwest, descend, and get the fourth Feather of Joy on the lotus leaf.
