Open the Hunting Bar primitive game interface and click on the [Barracks] icon above.
In the barracks interface, click to select [Blue Dragon].
Enter the [Qinglong] personal attribute interface and click to select the [Weapon] that can be upgraded.
On the weapon upgrade page, click [Upgrade] under the weapon.
