A new victory point protection mechanism is added. There is a minimum value for winning points and a maximum value for losing victory points.
For Brilliant Diamond and below ranks, finishing 1st to 4th will earn at least 53/38/20/10 victory points, and finishing 5th to 8th will lose at most 10/20/30/40 victory points.
When the extraordinary master has 0-399 victory points, finishing 1st-4th will gain at least 50/36/20/10 victory points, and finishing 5th-8th will lose at most 10/20/30/40 victory points.
When the Extraordinary Master/Proud Grandmaster/Strongest King has 400-799 victory points, getting 1st-4th will gain at least 48/34/20/10, and getting 5th-8th will lose at most 10/20/34/48 victory points.
When the Extraordinary Master/Proud Grandmaster/The Strongest King reaches 800 win points or above, there is no longer a win point protection mechanism.
ps: The victory point protection mechanism only takes effect for the Legend of Runeterra standard ranking.
