1. Open settings
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll and select "Privacy & Security".
- Select "Health".
- Confirm the data permissions required to access.
- In the Health app, select the Browse tab.
- Select the type of data you want to add.
- Select "Update" to sync data from the corresponding app or device.
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- Select "System Services" and enable the "Activity" option.
- In the Health app, select the Summary tab.
- Set personal goals for daily steps, walking/running distance, and more.
- Say to your iPhone: "Hey Siri, how are my health stats?"
- Or ask a more specific question like: "Hey Siri, what was my step count today?"
- In the Health app, select the Browse tab.
- Select the type of health data you're interested in and see its trends over time.
- In the Health app, select the Share tab.
- Choose the type of data you want to share.
- Select the sharing method, which can be email, message or through other third-party applications.
- Open the "app store" application.
- Select the Updates tab to make sure the Health app is up to date.
