Risk in the Rain returning artifacts will trigger the following effects: Glory, Kindred, Distortion, Malice, Glass, Mystery, Sacrifice, Commandery, Spirit, Origin, Prestige, Strife, Moment, and Amenability. The effect of each artifact is different.
Glory - always breeds outstanding enemies
Kindred - Each level has only one monster type
Twisted - Locks a random skill every minute and reduces skill cooldown
Malice - Causes an explosion when an enemy dies
Glass - Deals 500% damage but reduces health to 10%
Mystery - After each activation, a different piece of equipment is randomly generated
Sacrifice - Treasure chests are no longer generated, monsters drop items after death
Commander - no longer randomly drops items
Spirit - Increases movement speed when character is low on health
Origin-The little devil invades the map every 10 minutes
Prestige - At least one mountain shrine is generated in each level. The effects of the Mountain Shrine will be permanent
Discord - monsters can appear in environments where they are not common
Moment - Gain multiple stacks when picking up items. All items are temporary
Aspect - A temporary clone is created when an enemy dies.
