The simulation room is the most important gameplay in Nikke Goddess of Victory. It is the only source of skill upgrade materials. It is also relatively difficult. Many players still don’t know how to play. Here is a guide to how to play the Nikke Goddess of Victory Simulation Room. .
The difficulty level of the simulation room ranges from 1 to 5, with A to C within a difficulty level.
As the difficulty increases, the combat power required to get from A to C within a single difficulty level will of course increase.
Level 1 materials for general skills and explosive skills will appear in level 1 and level 2 difficulty. Starting from level 3 difficulty, level 2 skill upgrade materials and other code manuals will randomly drop.
The skill upgrade level 2 materials and code manual are useful after level 4 of general skills and explosive skills.
A very important thing in the simulation room is buff management.
Whenever you enter the simulation room area, you will randomly obtain some buffs in the □, △, ○, ◇ forms. Players can choose which buff to obtain from the options provided.
After selecting the buff form, you can activate buffs with various effects in this form.
For example, if you decide to get a buff in the ◇ form, the three options in the ◇ buff will appear as shown in the picture.
The detailed effects of buffs are very diverse.
Increase attack power, increase defense power, restore stamina, increase ammunition quantity, reduce reload time, etc.
However, it should be noted that most buffs are applied by different objects.
Do you see the applicable target pattern in the first screenshot above?
That pattern is a pilgrim. If you select this Buff, only the Pilgrim's Nikki will receive the Buff effect.
Buff application methods are divided into: applicable to everyone regardless of target, only applicable to specific weapon groups, only applicable to specific companies.
Therefore, before selecting the Buff, you must click the "Apply Object" button to confirm that the applied object contains the character you want to fight in the simulation room, and get the most needed Buff.
Buff is not only divided into the form of Buff, but also the classification of Buff effect.
As the game progresses, there will be "survival", "operation", and "attack" buffs to choose from.
In this case, □, △, ○, ◇ buffs related to defense or physical strength, the number of ammunition loaded or reloading, attack power, etc. will appear randomly respectively.
In addition, there are command test, recovery, and strengthening series options.
Command testing shows options with pure 100% random effects, with both risk and reward in most cases.
In terms of rewards, there are enhanced Buff levels, Buff form conversion, random addition of Buffs, etc.
The risks brought together include causing damage to Nikki, making some Nikki unable to fight, forcing changes or deleting some Buffs, etc.
If you really can't choose because the risk is too great, you can skip it without choosing. In a few cases, there won't even be a "no choice" option, and you must choose one.
Restoration and Strengthening appear once before the last area of each sector.
You can't trigger both, you have to choose one of the two.
The recovery system has the effect of restoring a certain amount of physical strength to all Nikkis or resurrecting Nikkis who are unable to fight.
If the main character is eliminated during the battle, just use this to revive him.
The enhancement system can upgrade the buffs you own to the SSR level, or unify the forms of all buffs you own into one, etc.
The unification of buff forms is really important.
The form of the buff has been mentioned above because it is a very important element directly related to the buff chain system.
As mentioned above, buffs have the form of □, △, ○, and ◇. The buff chain system is applied according to the number of buff types held, and the effect of each buff will increase.
As shown in the picture above, the buff effect caused by increasing the buff chain:
LV2: Have 3 buffs of the same type
LV3: Has 2 buffs of the same type, 3 of each
LV4: Have 6 buffs of the same type
LV5: Have 8 buffs of the same type
If you mix the □, △, ○, and ◇ shapes together for a possibly good-looking effect, the buff chain will remain at the default level 1 state and will not be activated at all.
Even if the rarity is low or the effect is average, if combined with other useful buffs in the same form, the buff chain will be activated and the effects of all buffs owned will be increased.
However, during the process, you cannot guarantee that you will only select the Buff of the shape you need every time, so you usually only need to upgrade the Buff chain to level 3, that is, collect 3 of each of the 2 types of Buffs of the same shape. Choose this way. That's it.
However, if there is a strengthening option before the boss room, there is a high probability of unifying the buff form, so that the buff chain can reach level 5.
The interval in area A is very short, and you can probably collect 3 to 4 buffs. Try to collect buffs of the same form here.
Starting from area B, accumulate the buffs collected in area A as the center. Targeting level 3 of the buff chain, just collect 3 buffs in other shapes.
When you go to the BOSS room in area B, all 8 Buffs are together. If a strengthening system appears here, it is the most ideal situation to choose it and unify the Buff form.
Of course, if you want to do this, you cannot choose Nikki's recovery effect, so it is necessary to cultivate a team that can reach this stage without any loss of combat power.
If the loss of main combat power or physical strength is serious, you should give up the Buff chain and upgrade it to level 5 to let Nikki recover. This kind of strategic consideration is also more common.
After clearing the area BOSS, you can choose one of three epic buffs.
There are also 4 types of epic buffs, but their effects are more powerful than other buffs and apply to everyone, so other buffs can be matched according to the type of epic buff.
If you take irreversible damage while passing a section and are unable to progress, you can abandon your progress in that area and restart the battle from the starting point of that sector while maintaining all combat power.
However, in this case, all buffs accumulated so far are cleared, so there is a trade-off.
If you give up progress and start from scratch, or if you break through the entire difficulty and enter the next difficulty, you will activate "Buff inheritance".
Among all the buffs collected so far, one of the remaining 8 buffs except the epic level buff can be retained and applied when entering the next difficulty or restarting the battle.
Of course, the accumulated buff chains will also be cleared, so when choosing buff inheritance, you must choose the strongest among the remaining buffs.
In the simulation room, rewards can only be obtained after clearing all levels in an area. If you are stuck in the BOSS room, you will not be able to obtain any rewards, so the training requirements are very high.
Of course, at the beginning, even difficulty levels 1 to 2 will be very difficult, so don’t be anxious, spend time cultivating slowly, and break through the difficulties one by one.
