Yushu Technology opens the operation dataset of its star product G1 robot, which has caused a strong response in the field of robots. This data set contains data acquisition methods, learning algorithms, training data and related models, providing valuable resources for robot research, and is trained and tested based on the LeRobot open source framework. It has been highly praised by Hugging Face CEO, reflecting open source technology in robots The growing importance of the field. The data set covers a variety of basic operating capabilities, such as bottle caps, stacking building blocks, item storage, etc., and uses Apple Vision Pro for remote operation control. The relevant code has obtained more than 400 star marks.
It is worth noting that the G1 robot is equipped with three-finger clever hands and adopts force-position hybrid control technology to complete fine operation. It is equipped with Intel RealSense D435 and LIVOX-MID3603D lidar, achieving 360-degree all-round perception. Through deep reinforcement learning and simulation training, G1's functions continue to be upgraded, demonstrating its strong technical strength. Yushu Technology's move not only demonstrates its determination to promote the development of the industry, but also provides important contributions to the technological innovation and ecological construction of the robot industry, indicating that the research and development of humanoid robots will usher in new breakthroughs.
At present, this data set has included five basic operating capabilities, including bottle caps and pouring water, stacking three-color building blocks, camera boxing, item storage and storage, and two-arm grabbing and directional placement. During the data collection process, Yushu innovatively used Apple Vision Pro to perform remote operation control of G1, and the relevant code warehouse has been recognized by more than 400 star marks.
From technical details, the dataset uses 640x480 resolution images and records the seven-dimensional state and motion data of the robot's arms and dexterous hands. Yushu not only open source the complete code of remote operation control, but also provides detailed hardware configuration instructions and installation guides, as well as data format conversion tutorials.
The G1 robot, as the source of data, is a blockbuster product launched by Yushu Technology in May this year, with a starting price of 99,000 yuan. This robot is equipped with three-finger clever hands and uses force-position hybrid control technology. It can be used to fine operations such as screwing bottle caps, smashing walnuts and welding. Its Intel RealSense D435 and LIVOX-MID3603D lidar are equipped with, giving it 360-degree all-around perception capabilities.
By August, G1 had achieved large-scale mass production. Through deep reinforcement learning and simulation training, the G1's functions continue to be upgraded, not only can they complete single-leg jumps, but they can also achieve difficult movements such as 360-degree turn, showing strong technical strength.
This initiative of Yushu Technology to open source G1 data set not only demonstrates its determination to promote the development of the industry, but also provides valuable resources for the technological innovation and ecological construction of the entire robot industry. As more and more companies join the open source camp, the research and development of humanoid robots is expected to usher in new breakthroughs.
