I work in IDC sales and have the company's main website but no website of my own. Therefore, I haven't done much research on website optimization. I usually promote myself on major forums, some blogs, and business platforms.
That is to say, send some information and then find my information by entering keywords on the search engine. What I want to talk about today is: how to send information so that your keyword ranking will be high, and the difference between Baidu and Google for information crawling and updating.
In the early stage, you must first analyze the keywords. The keywords I am posting now are "Henan Netcom Hosting", "Henan Server Hosting", "Netcom Server Hosting", etc., because after my analysis, for some general popular keywords, if there are no geographical restrictions, the first two pages are basically either promotion , or optimization. It’s all information on the homepage, and there is very little information on the inside pages. Therefore, I chose regional keywords related to popular keywords. And added some related combinations in the title and description, such as: bandwidth IDC server Netcom rental Henan. These are unreasonable combinations. Okay, the second step is to write the text of the message. The first paragraph of the information text is very important. Baidu tends to capture information with high keyword density. Sometimes you can use keyword stuffing. hehe. But don’t be too aggressive, otherwise it will be considered spam. As for Google, it should pay attention to the matching of the overall article and the title. After writing the article, you need to choose some well-known forums or blogs to publish it. Haha, I wrote the information as I just said. After I posted it, the fastest time was that it was crawled by Google in 3 hours and crawled by Baidu in one day. It was ranked on the first page of Google and the second page of Baidu. Therefore, for regional keywords, after certain processing, it is still easy to go up.
However, it should be noted that Baidu and Google have different changes in information crawling and ranking, and they are even very different. Based on my own experience analysis, I have come to the following conclusions (as for the data, it is not convenient to disclose it) 1: Google's ranking changes every day, and the ranking is unstable; while Baidu's ranking generally does not change in about 5 days. 2: Google is very sensitive to fresh information, while Baidu will take a while to do so. 3: Baidu prefers Baidu Knows, Tieba and some popular communities; Google prefers some professional forums 4: Baidu is more sensitive to some simple cheating It’s not very sensitive, but don’t overdo it with Google. Its algorithm is very sensitive and if it doesn’t work well, your ranking will drop. I once boosted some page traffic, but the ranking went down. Quite depressing.
Okay, this is what I summarized based on my own data and observational research. This is true for capturing keywords, and it should also be true for website optimization. After all, they are all calculated using algorithms. In addition, according to my observation, their algorithms do not seem to be static. Therefore, webmasters, please pay attention to observe changes and study.
It is best to record and observe your own indicators every day, observe changes in peer information, and compile a log of changes in keyword information on the entire Internet. Then over time, you can study the changes yourself. Very useful for improving one's abilities.
It took a lot of effort to summarize it, haha, I hope it can be useful to everyone, and I also hope to communicate with everyone.
