ECSHOP's topic management is a very valuable function. However, it is observed that not many store owners use this function. In the past, the official JOYO template forgot the CSS code corresponding to the topic page starting from version 2.50 UTF8, making the front-end topic page miserable. This situation of JOYO template has not been improved in subsequent versions. I don’t know if other templates also ignore the writing of CSS code for topic pages. 1. Before use, you need to modify the topic.dwt file in the template directory. If the code at the title is only "{$page_title}", then add "{$topic.title}-" in front. Because "{$page_title}" will not extract the topic name, but will only display the website name, so in the end, no matter how many topics you add, you will find that the title will always display the website name. For example, if this modification is not made, the final display titles of the above two topics are just "Moqu Creative Gifts". For example, my friend's Qiandong Sports Mall has several special topics such as ROCES roller skating and MITER football. The titles are the same in Qiandong Sports Mall.
2. I won’t explain how to add product topics here. If you don’t know how, don’t be embarrassed to ask. Assuming that you have added a topic, our next step is to statically map the URL of the topic page. The pseudo-static nature of the topic page was ignored by the ECSHOP team. But what I want to talk about here is another mapping method, and careful friends may have discovered it. The website address for opening wedding gifts is "http://www.muuq.cn/jiehunliwu.html". Why do we do this? The main reason is to consider the friendliness of the website. One of the friendliness of the website is to have keywords related to the theme in the website, and jiehunliwu happens to be the pinyin of wedding gift.
