The hook fruit is a specialty of Mondstadt. It can be collected in the Wolf Run area of Mond, or purchased from "Cloris" in Mondstadt. The location is as shown in the picture below. The purchase limit is 5, 1000 each, and every three days in the shop. Refreshed every day.
