As we all know, search engines do not support redirect links, and will not count the address pointed by the redirect link into the link's weight.
But the following examples seem worth studying.
When I searched for the keyword "www.jidianwubi.com" on Baidu, I found a website with the results included in the text:
When I clicked to enter this website, I discovered a strange phenomenon. Although the link can be seen with the naked eye, it is actually implemented through redirection.
In this SEO case, Baidu not only crawled the redirect link, but also correctly read the found address that the redirect link pointed to. And it seems that it is also included in the link weight. Of course, the weight of this link is very low, weak to close to none.
Logically speaking, Baidu should not crawl such links. Even if it crawls, it should not be calculated into the weight of the link. However, since Baidu does not publish its query instructions for the number of effective backlinks, the above is just a guess, not a conclusion, and depends on longer-term observation results.
