Looking back on the website I used to build, I never seemed to care about anything. Every time I didn’t finish it, I couldn’t wait to submit it to Baidu. Although Baidu had included it early, there was never any traffic. I don’t know why, but Baidu included it. Two thousand, and only a few IPs come from Baidu every day. Because I am an absolute expert, I don’t know anything about optimization. I only know that as long as Baidu includes it, there will be traffic, so it has been almost a year since I started doing it. I have more than 10 small websites in my hand, but I have been working on each one for a while. If I feel there is no traffic, I will delete it, change the program and domain name, and re-list it. In the end, it will be useless.
In fact, I know that optimization is very important. I also know that there is a term called "SEO". I have been "researching" it for several days in a row. In the end, due to my limited level, I couldn't figure out anything. SEO is good, but content quality is more important, so I have been thinking about how to create the “unique” content on the Internet.
Now, there is finally a so-called "only" website (zuochetong.com www.zuochetong.com). Although Baidu has included a lot of it, its ranking is not good. For example, if you search for the page title of this site that has been indexed by Baidu, "walk from Liwan Road to the University Town (Guanggong) Main Station", among the entries listed by Baidu, there is only one in the top few, and two keywords with the same keyword can be ranked equally. The position in front of me.
Later, I heard from a friend that my website didn’t have enough weight, and asked me to create more links and increase the PR value. So I looked for links all day long, and also bought links from the A5 forum, but A month has passed, and the PR value still has no reflection at all (the small website was established less than 2 months ago)
One day, I was bored and added a forum function to the small site. When I went to "Pseudo-Static Settings" in the control panel of the virtual host, I saw another option "Set 301 Redirect". The explanation of the option was: "Using 301 Redirect can have Conducive to search engine inclusion:
1. If you want search engines to include a primary domain name to increase the PR value, you can use 301 redirection to direct other secondary domain names to the primary domain name. In this way, when search engines access these domain names, they will be included as one main domain name.
2. When a domain name is redirected to another domain name or URL using a 301 redirect, the search engine can consider that the original domain name has permanently changed its location, that is, the redirected address will be regarded as the only valid target. "I have heard of 301 redirection before, and thought it was achieved by writing code myself. It turns out that space has this function, so I redirected the website http://xxx.com to http://www.xxx. com (Baidu includes this more)
Three days later, when I checked the PR value, xxx.com turned out to be PR3, but www.xxx.com did not. I don’t know what happened, and I don’t know if the PR3 is the result of a 301 redirect.
However, the good times did not last long. Maybe it was because of the instability of the new site. In order to get a better ranking, I deleted all the ads on the site at once (there were many ads in the past and the page opened very slowly). I wanted to do this It would be better. Unexpectedly, on the next day, May 28, GG’s PR update, when I checked the PR value again, it turned out to be 0. By June 3, Baidu’s update had no new inclusions. I’ve heard that adding ads will lower your rights, but I didn’t expect that deleting ads will also lower your rights! Alas... I’m speechless....
