If the player is a novice player, there will be a free contract. After the player upgrades the contract to level 5, he will be eligible to unlock an agent for free. 4. After the player is qualified to unlock the agent for free, he can return to the agent interface, select the agent he wants to unlock and click Recruit. The inability to unlock new agents is due to a bug in the game, and some players may not be able to unlock them directly.
