Minor Update Patch Notes Released Wednesday, April 5th
The Last of Us Remastered version has released a new PC patch, which solves some UI/UX and abnormal character behavior issues. However, the screen jitter problem during mouse control has not been fixed yet.
A new fix for The Last of Us Remastered is now live.
Note for players using NVIDIA 30 series graphics cards: Please make sure to update to GeForce Hotfix driver Versionl 531.58.

The remaining updates in this patch include UL/UX, unexpected character behavior (both playable and NPC), land, and more. It also adds diagnostic support.
Fixed an issue that could cause Xbox controller input to incorrectly read as zero for a short period of time
Fixed an issue where the Reset to Defaults function in the Graphics menu under Settings might make incorrect selections
Fixed an issue that could impact performance when the HUD Performance Monitor was enabled
Fixed a possible crash when switching between full screen and windowed modes using [ALT+ENTER]
Fixed a possible memory crash when transitioning from the game over to the credits sequence
Fixed an issue that could cause a crash on game launch
Added additional crash report logs to provide further insight to developers
