3. The electricity consumption of a water pump is 12, while the supply of a thermal generator is 65, so one thermal generator can drive 5 water pumps.

4. In addition to water, thermal generators also need coal, so an automatic cargo box must be built next to it and coal must be transported into it.

7. It can be seen that the water supply of a water pump is 60, while the demand for thermal generators is only 20, so one water pump can drive 3 thermal generators.
