Summer is not far away, so naturally we want to move the naval battle to a warmer and more exotic environment. The new Seychelles map is the perfect choice.
The map's landscape is similar to that of northeastern Seychelles and includes the islands of Praslin and La Digue, as well as many surrounding smaller islands. The visual appearance of the map is on a mountainous island dotted with lush green tropical forests.
The Seychelles map is designed for random battles and combined operations with Tier V to IX ships. The map uses two sea control modes, both with 4 key areas.
Version 12.3 will start the construction project of Tier IX battleship Dashan.
The ship is equipped with eight 410 mm main guns in four turrets. The accuracy of its guns is good and the reload time is quite short for a battleship. The Dashan is also equipped with four quadruple torpedo launchers; its long-range torpedoes can cause significant damage.
This battleship has a high speed, but a large turning circle radius and quite low health. This ship's "Maintenance Team" is installed in a separate slot. She can choose between the "Fighter" and the "Reconnaissance Plane" consumables which have a significantly longer duration.
The shipbuilding project consists of 34 phases, 29 of which can be completed by completing combat task groups.
You can also complete the shipbuilding stages by paying 1,500 gold per stage, and by purchasing the Starter Pack - 11 shipbuilding stages cost 10,000 gold, and 5 shipbuilding stages cost 5,500 gold. The final reward for the Premium Battle Pass in version 12.3 is 3 shipbuilding stages.
These combat missions will span the first two weeks of the 12.3 update and the 12.4 update. The dock will remain open at the port until the 12.5 update.
Rewards for completing the construction project include the Battleship Mountain with "War Paint" camouflage, a commander with 10 skill points, a port slot, and a commemorative flag.
In version 12.3, the Y-series submarines will be open for everyone to research and develop.
Y-series submarines are only equipped with sound-guided torpedoes. The reloading speed of the torpedo salvo is quite fast, and the range and speed are good. The number of torpedoes fired per salvo is high, but the damage caused by individual torpedoes is not particularly high. Y-series submarines have higher diving capabilities, but their recharge rate is quite slow. Additionally, they have lower HP.
These submarines are equipped with consumables such as "Damage Control Team" (limited number of loads), "Submarine Surveillance Equipment" and "Hydrophone". The cooling rate of its hydrophone is faster and the interval between sound waves is shorter, but the number of loads is limited, and its ship positioning distance is quite short.
Be the first to experience FM series cruisers in the 12.3 version update.
In the first two weeks after the version update is released, you can still complete combat mission groups to obtain FM series tokens, economic bonuses, and "FM series cruiser" commemorative flags.
A special combat mission series will be available throughout the 12.3 update for those who own FM-series researchable cruisers. The rewards for completing the mission series are bonus packs for Tier VI to X ships, coal, and the "Treasure of the Inca" permanent camouflage for Tier X San Martin.
The event theme page in the Armory will be open until the 12.4 update is released. You will be able to exchange FM series tokens for sequential combo packs on this page. The contents of the combo pack include FM series cruisers, Tier VIII Ignacio Allende’s “Mystery of the Maya” permanent camouflage, and Tier IX Santan. Germany's "Muiska Gold" permanent camouflage. You can also use FM series tokens to exchange for Tier V battleship Rio de Janeiro, Tier VI destroyer Jurua, "Thousand Mile Voyage" containers, and packs containing precious in-game items. You can also obtain additional FM tokens through random combination packages exchanged for gold coins and combination packages exchanged for free experience. Combination packs redeemed with free experience may also include bonus packs for Level V Argentina.
These cruisers are equipped with 152mm guns that fire AP with enhanced ricochet angles and have a good reload rate. The new ships are also equipped with torpedo launchers. Starting from Tier VI, these new cruisers can use "Combat Orders", which when activated can significantly reduce the cooldown time of consumables. To fill up the combat order progress bar, you need to keep hitting targets with your main gun. The ship has weak armor but good concealment.
These new ships have a large number of various consumables. From II onwards, ships are equipped with a "maintenance team". Starting from level VI, these ships can use "specialized repair teams" to restore a considerable amount of damage. "Underwater Search" is available from level IV onwards, and "defensive anti-air fire" is available in the same slot from level VII onwards. Starting at level VIII, you can choose to install either the "Surveillance Radar" or "Scouting Aircraft" consumable in a single slot. Tier V to VI cruisers are also equipped with "fighters". The standard cooldown for all consumables is 3 minutes (except Damage Control Team and Reconnaissance Aircraft).

Following tradition, the 12.3 update will introduce a new battle pass. Earn Battle Pass Points by completing daily and weekly battle missions, advance the Battle Pass progress bar, and earn rewards from them.
Final rewards for the Battle Pass include Aquaman League and Rare Boost containers. With the Premium Battle Pass, you'll gain access to even more valuable in-game items, with the final reward being 3 Dockyard shipbuilding stages.
Details about the 12.3 update battle pass will be shared through a dedicated article.
"Allied Heroes" collection:
The new version will launch a new "Allied Heroes" collection. The collection is divided into 6 pages, each containing 2 elements. The reward for completing individual pages is a commander from one of the classes (with 10 skill points). The reward for completing the entire collection is a 3-day Battleship Premium Account. Repeating elements will be exchangeable for other elements at a 1:1 ratio.
Collection elements can be obtained from the new "Allied Heroes" container. Containers can be exchanged for silver coins and free experience in the armory.

Learn about Peruvian culture and collect souvenirs on this adventure.
Rewards for completing event combat missions include temporary resources—Inca Tokens, "Inca Trail" commemorative flags, and other rewards. In the adventure, you can also get "Rotterdam" and "Tumi" themed armbands. You can exchange Inca tokens for a random package. The package may open up the FM series VIII cruiser Admiral Grau, which comes with a commander with 10 skill points and a commemorative flag; the "ancient totem" of this ship Permanent camouflage; and other rewards. You can exchange gold coins for additional tokens in the Armory.
The FM series VIII-class cruiser Admiral Grau is the flagship purchased by the Peruvian Navy from the Netherlands and named after Admiral Miguel Grau Seminario. The ship is equipped with eight 152 mm main guns placed in four turrets that can rotate 360 degrees.
The main feature of this ship is the ability to use "combat orders". The progress bar of the combat order will gradually fill when the cruiser is not detected, and activating the combat order will significantly shorten the reload time of the main battery. This ship has low detectability and high anti-aircraft defense efficiency, but has weak armor and low HP. Its consumables include "Underwater Search" and "Defensive Anti-Air Fire".
Admiral Grau can be obtained from random packs exchanged for Inca Tokens or purchased in the Premium Store.
