Street Fighter 6 is set to be released in less than two months, and it looks like players around the world won't have to wait that long to give the game a try. According to Eiko Kano (a well-known Japanese anchor), the "Street Fighter 6" BETA open test will start before the end of April.
Eiko Kanok is often invited by Capcom to participate in Capcom TV TV shows. He seems to have forgotten that Capcom has not officially announced the matter during the live broadcast.
Although Capcom has not confirmed whether there will be more rounds of "Street Fighter 6" testing, it is very likely that the BETA open test will happen. After all, Capcom only conducted two BETA closed tests before the release in June, and the time was very short.
As "Street Fighter 6" aims to be one of the biggest releases this year, Capcom must conduct more tests to see if the game's online infrastructure can accommodate so many players at once.
"Street Fighter 6" will be released on June 2 on PC, PS5, PS4, and Xbox Series X|S.
