Option 1
The materials are: large rock × 1 (number ① in the picture below), small rock × 2 (number ②③ in the picture below).
Note: Use the small rock ③ to reach the middle hotel building, then climb up the large rock ① and fly to the inspection points on the left and right sides. Return to the middle hotel and use the small rock ② to reach the opposite inspection point.
Option 2
The materials are: large rocks × 2 (numbers ③④ in the picture below), small hotels × 2 (numbers ①② in the picture below).
Note: Use huge objects to climb or use Wind Wings to fly to the inspection point; all objects are on the ground; it doesn't matter if the position is slightly off.
