1. The first time you encounter the fragment merchant is at the entrance of Qualock, as shown on the map below. Later, the merchant will move to the spring forest.
2. Chat with the fragment merchant and you will see that triple jump requires 3,300 fragments. Triple jump is not a required skill in the main line, so you can save it for the end.
3. The location of the Wellspring Woodland Fragment merchant is on the far left side of the map. After the purchase is completed, you can equip yourself with a triple jump.
