Regarding the configuration of Jmail and related stored procedures, there are reference materials here, so I will not describe them in detail.
After configuring everything, I tried to send an email to the administrator by calling the stored procedure. However, the result returned by the query analyzer was
the error source: jmail.Message
Error description: The message was undeliverable. All servers failed to receive the message
. First of all, I suspected that it was caused by security issues. I set the permissions of the JMAIL.DLL file and spent a long time there but could not find out the reason. Fortunately, my friend nine said something. I asked whether it was caused by the firewall or anti-virus software. I looked at Ya Guaiguai and actually
turned off the firewall first. The problem still persisted and then tried turning off the anti-virus system Mcafee VirusScan Enterprise V8.0i. This time it was finally normal, but turning off the anti-virus system was not a problem. There is a way.
Continuing to troubleshoot the problem, I found the item "Prohibit worm viruses that send large amounts of mail from sending mails" in the access protection. The test determined that this port blocking was at work.
Solution:
Console→Access Protection→Prohibit worms that send mass mails from sending mails→Excluded processes→Add w3wp.exe to solve
the problem. Of course, the above is just an example, not all problems are caused by this.
You can check whether it is caused by firewall, anti-virus or permissions. If not, it will be more troublesome.
