Not using the correct download method. After the player clicks to unlock the story challenge mode in the game. You need to exit the CFHD client and go to the DLC management under WeGame. Click the download button on the right to start downloading the story challenge mode. After WeGame downloads the story challenge mode, close the download interface. Open the CFHD client and click on the story challenge mode on the left side of the lobby. Players can click the button to enter the story challenge mode.
