Select [Me]-[My Order] in the APP to see all order status.
Orders in the [Pending Payment] status can be canceled by yourself. Select "Cancel Order" to cancel directly.
Orders with [In Progress] status can also be canceled by themselves if they are orders that have not yet been accepted by the doctor.
For orders in other statuses, self-cancellation is not supported and you need to contact customer service for processing. The specific method is to select [Me]-[Feedback/Complaint] in the APP, leave a message to customer service, state the reason for cancellation, and apply for cancellation. Customer service usually responds with processing results within half a day to a day.
