Regional portals and more economic enhancement runes have injected more overall economic power into Legends of Runeterra. Therefore, the Teamfight Tactics team has lowered the gold/experience point enhancement runes, as they tend to be highly synergistic with this season's high-speed economy.
Outstanding is now easier to achieve because there are no monsters this season (which don't benefit from this empowering rune) to dilute your option pool. As a result, its health and attack speed have been reduced.
