02 Component types that do not support refunds
1. Free components or components obtained by consuming emeralds do not support refunds;
2. Appearance components such as skins, personalized appearances, partners, mounts, etc. do not support refunds;
3. Components purchased during the sale that participate in the sale are not refundable;
4. Components obtained by watching advertisements do not support refunds;
5. Components purchased as gifts are not refundable;
6. In-app purchases in online lobby games and online games do not support refunds;

03 Refund method
After the refund application successfully passes the system review, the diamonds consumed by the adventurer when purchasing the component will be returned to the adventurer's wallet at the price at the time of purchase within 48 hours. 04 Impact of refunds on components and archives
1. Components that are under refund application cannot continue to be used before the review is approved;
2. Components that have been refunded will no longer appear in the adventurer’s purchased component list and cannot be used anymore;
3. For archives affected by the above two states, if the archive can be played after uninstalling the corresponding components, the adventurer can uninstall the corresponding components and enter the archive, but the resulting impact on the archive will be borne by the adventurer himself; if the The corresponding component cannot be uninstalled from the archive, and adventurers will not be able to enter the archive.
