Lin Hujun has been using Keqing for nearly a year since he took out Keqing on the day he entered the pit. However, when I visited the community, I found a lot of wrong understandings about Keqing's training, and some of them have even reached the level of "deeply rooted in people's hearts". After much thought, I decided to write this post to clear the air for everyone~
Next, let us explain the eight major misunderstandings one by one~
1. Comparing with five stars in the box, and improving with cutting leaves
2. Intensification teams with a large proportion of EQ damage will be upgraded first
3. Gold decoration plus proficiency, adaptation, intensification and engraving
4. Keqing’s own damage is greater than the intensification damage, so the attack power is greater than mastery.
5. Keqing has strict requirements for grass-type characters
6. Keqing is suitable for super-excited seed gates
7. Team Keqing adapts to the survival position of thunder system
8. Ke Qingqiang is because of the role of xxx
1. The five stars in the box are comparable to each other, and the cutting leaves are promoted
For information about the calculation of the Keqing weapon, you can refer to this post of mine, which has detailed procedures.
I can tell you very clearly that for Keqing, the existing five-star dual-explosion weapons (including the newly released Cutting Leaf) are improved by more than 10% compared to those in the box , and they have not reached the level of "impossible" at all. . As a 542-level high-double-explosion weapon, the Cutting Leaf is completely comparable to the Mogiri Green Sword. Apart from the difficulty of balancing the double-explosion, there is no so-called "negative improvement" point.
Update on February 11th: Let’s talk about Black Sword . This is indeed my problem. Although Black Sword’s passive is not friendly to intensifying Ke Qing, but thanks to the noble secondary attribute of critical hit rate , it can be used when both are maxed out. The lower damage can equal the dragon's roar in the box . If you have a big moon card, it is a good choice.
2. Intensification teams with a large proportion of EQ damage will be upgraded first
It should be noted that Keqing's talent upgrade only increases the multiplier , and "Attack × Multiplier" has an additive relationship with "Intensification Reaction Basic Damage Increase" in the damage multiplication area. The increase in multiplier has no substantial significance for intensification reaction . (In layman's terms, Keqing's damage is divided into "self-damage" and "intensification damage". The multiplier prompt brought by talent upgrade can only increase "self-damage" and is invalid for "intensification damage". But intensification The reaction is not a drastic reaction, so this statement is not rigorous)
Therefore, in fact, the talent priority of intensifying Keqing is the same as that of traditional thunder damage Keqing, which is A≥Q>E. The derivation process is as follows:
First, find a Keqing with 10, 10, 10 talents . Here are her multipliers
The total magnification rate of one A weight is 401%, the total magnification rate of double E is 392%, and the total magnification rate of Q is 843%.
Generally, Keqing releases 3 to 4 times of AZ, 1 to 2 times of double E, and one time of Q in one cycle. The total magnification rate of Keqing A weight in the cycle is about 1203% to 1604%, the total E magnification rate is 784%, and the total Q magnification rate is 843%. .
However, due to the existence of groups in actual combat, generally if the number of enemies exceeds 2, the total multiplier of Q has a chance to exceed the weight of A, so the actual priority of adding points is higher.
So to sum it up, Keqing’s talent points are A≥Q>E
3. Gold decoration plus proficiency, adaptation, intensification and engraving
First of all, it should be noted that because the Thunder Set has the advantages of improved feel and independent techniques, it is absolutely superior to other sets - but precisely because of the different techniques, the advantages of the Thunder Set cannot be expressed through data. Here we only provide Comparison with other holy relics.
Upload data directly
The 30-entry Engraved Emperor Wancao team is not Ru Lei's conventional method. Even if I choose the green sword with a higher mastery threshold, the damage expectation of the golden set is still not as good as that of Ping Lei, or even slightly inferior to 2+2, which is totally out of the question. On the theory of "adaptation"
As for the reason? Here we have to trace the source to the damage multiplication area of the intensification reaction .
(References and pictures are from @卡马seiya, and have been authorized by the original author)
Total damage multiplication area (just focus on intensification here):
Intensification additional damage calculation:
The damage multiplication area of the intensification reaction seems complicated, but in fact it can be simply understood as (attack related + mastery related) × other multiplication areas . The attack attribute and mastery attribute dilute each other, resulting in the actual benefit being far less than the double explosion damage increase . If we use the terms "self-damage" and "intensified damage", then the attack attribute is "only adds self-damage", the mastery attribute "only adds intensified damage", and the double explosion and damage-increasing attributes are "both" Both are added, so the income is higher .
So back to the holy relic issue above, the 35 points of damage increase provided by the flat thunder set are all damage increase zones . 2+2 also has 15 points of thunder damage , and the actual benefits are relatively high. Although the golden set can provide a large number of effective entries, they are all mastery and attack with lower benefits , so the expected damage is lower.
4. Keqing’s own damage is greater than the intensification damage, so the attack power is greater than mastery.
First of all, I need to emphasize here that although decomposing "intensification reaction" into "self-injury" and "intensification injury" can facilitate understanding, it is not rigorous - because exacerbation reaction is essentially a "quasi-amplification reaction" and does not Independent damage, just like Walnut's damage cannot be divided into "self-damage" and "evaporation damage".
Secondly, although in other aspects, this term can be easy to understand, it will bring ambiguity in the choice between "attack" and "mastery".
Although Keqing's own damage is indeed greater than the intensification damage (in one round, the intensification damage accounts for 30% to 40%), but if the attack multiplier and the "mastery multiplier" affected by the level are not taken into account, just from the perspective of total dilution, at this time Increasing the same additive value, increasing the intensification damage is more profitable than increasing Keqing's own damage . In other words, the simple conclusion from this is actually the complete opposite "mastery is greater than attack".
Therefore, such a derivation is completely contradictory, and the correct method should be to introduce a new concept - mastery threshold.
What is the mastery threshold?
We know that every attribute in Genshin Impact is diluted, so when the value increases linearly, its income is actually a gradually decreasing curve. The mastery attribute is extremely special. Since the algorithm of the multiplication zone where mastery is located is fractional, not only is it diluted with other attributes due to attribute stacking, but as the mastery attribute increases, the "super-intensified damage bonus" affected by the mastery attribute increases. It will also decrease, so the dilution of the mastery attribute is actually a "double dilution". In other words, the dilution of the mastery attribute is much higher than that of other attributes. Therefore, on the actual income curve of the attributes, the mastery attribute is the highest at the beginning, and then gradually declines, losing to damage increase, double explosion and attack one after another. The mastery attribute income curve only intersects with the attack attribute income curve point, and its mastery value is the so-called "mastery threshold".
That is to say: when your mastery attribute is less than the mastery threshold, the mastery benefit is greater than the attack, and vice versa, it is less than the attack.
(Note: The mastery threshold is calculated based on the real-time panel mastery, which means that it includes the mastery of turning, which is very important)
Keqing's actual mastery threshold varies greatly due to character weapons, talents, zodiac signs, techniques, etc. However, if the variables can be completely controlled, this value will be fixed.
Here I have calculated some common mastery thresholds using Keqing, a low-to-medium-level matchup with zero life and 999 talents, while carrying a Thunder Set and a non-Thunder Set.
It can be seen that in theory, Keqing's mastery threshold can exceed 400 , but among Keqing's current teammates, even the Qianjing Grass God with the strongest turning power only provides 250 mastery points . Therefore, generally speaking, unless it is a super high-end combination like Qianjing Grass God + Two Life Many Leaves, the attack power gain is not as good as Mastery. Although the conclusion that "Keqing's attack power is greater than Mastery" is applicable to most situations , but it is not universal and is a wrong conclusion.
So how to choose an hourglass?
Under normal circumstances, considering that there is a proficient guai in the team, when carrying a five-star weapon other than cutting leaves, the attack sand is dominant . You can consider Mastering Sand when carrying Dragon Roar in the Box . Mastering Sand has a slightly higher priority when carrying Cutting Leaf Cuiguang and Dawn Divine Sword (but if there are many Mastery Shades in the team, you still need to bring Attacking Sand).
Generally speaking, attacking sand is slightly better than mastering sand. If it is really difficult to choose, attacking sand without thinking is definitely the right choice.
5. Keqing has strict requirements for grass-type characters
First of all, we need to understand, what is the use of the grass-type characters in Keqing's team?
The main purpose is to hang elements to maintain the intensification reaction, followed by abduction and survival.
And how high the frequency of grass is required to intensify the reaction?
Sorry, every 9.5 seconds.
Even the intensified state formed by weak grass + weak thunder can be maintained for a full 9.5 seconds without being affected by the fire and water elements. Keqing itself has a medium and short axis output, which is required for a set of combos. The time is even less than 9.5 seconds.
Therefore - the Keqing team not only does not need high-frequency backstage grass, but even the front stage grass can reluctantly make guest appearances, not to mention "picking teammates".
On the contrary, sometimes the frequency of backstage grass is too high, which will cause the team's stroke characters to be unable to stably expand mines (Nasida: Don't Q)
6. Keqing is suitable for super-excited seed gates
emmm... Do you want Keqing to enter the breeding gate?
Look at the princess, Manyo, and Kusagami, and tell me which one do you plan to change the water character?
Change the princess? How do you change the DPS against one that has higher DPS than Keqing?
——It's not that it can't be changed. You can change it to a high-life eight-level or a full-life nine-level, but it's a pity that it's still the thunder type .
Change to Manyo? Gathering monsters + increasing damage + reducing resistance through diffusion, how do you change it?
——It's not that it can't be exchanged. You can exchange it for Life-full Sugar and Panyan Zhongli, but unfortunately they are not water-type .
Replace the grass god? If you don’t even have the grass element, what else can you use to bloom?
——It's not that it can't be replaced. You can replace it with a full-life grass master, terminal Kelai or even Yaoyao, but unfortunately they are all grass-type .
I can tell you clearly that Keqing's team is full now. If I want to insert a water character into it, it will inevitably affect the team's original team formation logic - I also want Keqing to enter the breeding gate, but if the price of entering the breeding gate is to give up the existing quasi-T0 team formation, this Not worth it.
7. Keqing adapts to the thunder system survival position
Same as above:
Look at the princess, Manyo, and Kusagami, and tell me - which one are you going to exchange for the thunder element survival position?
The princess means the protection of single DPS. Only the high-life eight-level and the full-life nine-jou can shake her position. Manyo represents the damage increase and resistance reduction position in the team , making up for Keqing's most scarce riding area, and only the one that can provide Characters with the same buffs can compete with each other. Grass God represents the grass-type position that maintains the exaggerated reaction . Although it is not completely suitable for Keqing, if you want to change it, you can only change to a grass-type character - which one do you want to change?
If you feel that the "Jade Emperor" team lacks survival, and you don't want the grass god to bring gold foil, you can exchange Zhongli for Wanye, or Yaoyao for the grass god, but you can't exchange the thunder survival position for the princess. Why? Because Wan Ye can increase damage and bring wind sheaths to reduce resistance - Zhongli can also reduce resistance and can wear rock sheaths to increase damage ; Caoshen can hang grass and provide mastery of crutches - Yaoyao is not proficient in crutches, but he can also Hanging Cao , you can also bring Qianyan as an attack crutch . Both Zhongli and Yaoyao can simulate the effects of their original characters while ensuring survival . What can you do with your thunder survival position?
It can halve the team's single-on-one DPS.
There are currently only three lightning-type survival positions - Kuki-nin, Dori, and Beidou, who is barely a shield assistant. First of all, Dory and Beidou have 80 energy, making it difficult to compete with Keharu. Kuki-nin is better. , but the output of the three characters is not high. You may think that Beidou's output is online - but even if Keqing's heavy attack can trigger Beidou's synergy, in the EQ-based approach of the intensification team, Beidou's synergy times are still not ideal, and are far inferior to the princess - even against group.
Therefore, the survival position in Keqing's team can only be the grass type or the fourth position of Manyo. The thunder type survival position is not advisable.
