Pella is a character whose core is to provide buffs and neutralize enemy buffs, which can increase the damage of the main C.
However, in the early stage of the game, players basically have no extra resources to improve her effect hit, so Pella is currently unable to compete with Tingyun. But it is foreseeable that Pella will be an indispensable part of the "nuclear explosion" gameplay.
