There are 66 Wind God Pupils in total. The Seven Heavenly God Statue - Wind requires 65 Wind God Pupils to reach the full level. 65 can be obtained from the Mondstadt World map. The location is as shown below:

There is also another one obtained from the Temple of the Lion of the South Wind in the Stranger quest dungeon of Catching the Wind, giving you one more to collect. Let’s talk about the specific location of Fengshen Pupil and how to obtain it.
Lookout Mountain and Lookout Point must be entered from point a. Point 1: In the air, get it by jumping from the nearby tree or using wind seeds to unlock the wind field.
