Guide to collecting all gift certificates in the northern part of the limited time map of Genshin Impact 3.8 version
Things to note:

(2) The items corresponding to the mark style are
Four-leaf clover & gift certificate secret box (balloon-like thing); tasks & challenges; six-pointed star & treasure box
(3) List of all gift certificate locations in the area
1. Entrance
2. River valley
(5) Located below No. 4, you can see it by going down the stairs.
3. The cave
(10~12) Treasure chest challenge, opened by interacting with the notice board
(13/14) Pass by rail car
4. Sprawling Valley
(15) Take the 14 rail car and walk back after coming out of the cave (use the phantom on the opposite side to unlock the treasure chest)
