Deep Silver and Starbreeze have shared a new development diary for Payday 3, which contains some new gameplay footage from the closed beta phase. In this issue of the developer diary, Starbreeze mainly introduces the game’s weapons and combat mechanics. Let’s follow the editor to take a look at the introduction to the difficulty levels of Payday 3 in this issue.
The game Payday 3 contains four difficulties. Payday 3 will contain four difficulties at the beginning of its release - Normal, Hard, Very Hard, and Gunfight.
The developer said that for new players who are unfamiliar with the game, it is recommended to start with the normal difficulty and then choose the difficult difficulty after getting started. Veteran players may start the game on very hard difficulty. Under different difficulties, the number, accuracy, and damage of enemies will be different.
Enemy health conditions do not change with difficulty. Instead, enemy numbers, accuracy, and damage are adjusted. The team says the difficulty design encourages people to be able to play with each other. This prevents players from getting bored playing the game on the easier difficulty and from feeling too tortured on the harder mode.
