Friends, the Fire Festival has officially started at 10:00 this morning. It will last for two weeks and will end on July 5th. This issue will talk about how to play the Fire Festival, what rewards are available, and what achievements are available.
During the Fire Festival, you can use the team finder to queue for the Frost King Ehorn. There is only one boss in this dungeon, and five people can kill it easily. It is similar to the Wine Festival or Valentine's Day dungeon, but there is no mount reward.
You will only get the small bag of rewards for the first time every day, and it seems that the Frost King will only drop it when you are killed for the first time every day:
The rewarded small bag has a chance to obtain the illusion - Death Frost:
Small bags or boss corpses have a chance to obtain the staff - Ehorn's Frost Scythe:
The boss will also drop equipment with a level of 365, but the appearance is not shown in the picture.
Each character will also receive a mission trigger prop when they kill the Frost King for the first time. They can choose one of two mission shirts and 20 flowers. You can get two of them with two characters:
Let’s briefly talk about the dungeon process. Don’t hit the Frost King when he appears. There is 99.9% damage reduction, especially in melee combat. If you touch the boss’s body, you will be killed instantly. Clear the mobs first, and then the Frost King will infiltrate. A diamond is exposed from the ground. There is no damage reduction at this time. If you hit the diamond, you will be killed quickly.
Just like running the candy bowl on Halloween and paying New Year greetings to the elders during the Spring Festival, the Fire Festival also requires running the map. This time we need to find bonfires placed in towns on various maps, worship the bonfires of our own camp, and desecrate the bonfires of the enemy camp.
To worship the bonfire of your own camp, you need to accept the task from the NPC next to the bonfire and complete the task. There is no need to dismount. Each time you will be rewarded with a certain number of gold coins, as well as 5 "Fire Festival Flowers". Characters under the level can also gain certain experience:
The bonfire of the enemy camp can be desecrated. To desecrate the bonfire of the enemy camp, you need to read a message and dismount (you may be beaten at this time, and by several people, don't ask me what I have experienced), and then 10 flowers will be rewarded.
This "Fire Festival Flower" is the most important currency of this event. Almost all items can be purchased with this flower. In addition to worshiping the flames of your own camp, 10 can also be obtained from the small bag given by the Frost King in the daily challenge. Flowers left and right.
You can use the Summerfestival module of the handynotes map marker plug-in to locate the coordinates of the flame, but version 8.1 has not been updated yet, and the old version is currently unavailable. You should be able to download version 8.1 in three or two days.
After using the plug-in, a flame logo will appear on the map. Just press the logo to worship or desecrate the flame.
There are a total of 5 toys in the Fire Festival, all of which are purchased with "flowers" from merchants.
There are Fire Festival merchants in the four basic main cities, with a large blue bonfire that is very conspicuous.
Fire Eater's Hearthstone, 300 flowers, can be used instead of Hearthstone:
Medal of the Burning Flame Defender, 500 flowers, transforms into a fire elemental warrior, lasts for 20 minutes, cools down for 2 hours, can fight, mount the horse and transform back into a human, dismount and transform back:
Cozy Bonfire, 350 flowers, a bonfire that can be used for cooking:
Flame Dancer brazier, 350 flowers, put a brazier with a dancing flame villain inside:
A box of matches and 500 flowers. When used, it will self-immolate and move uncontrollably:
You can use different characters to obtain flowers to buy toys.
You can get a mission by desecrating the flames in the hostile basic main city. After completing all four hostile basic main cities, you can get a crown of the Fire Festival, a translucent non-luminous headband. This is a decoration that can be transformed into the four armors. Transmogrification during non-Fire Festival!
Fire Festival helmet, sold by merchants, 350 flowers, holding a hot pot:
Fire Festival Shoulders (100 flowers), Summer Coat (100 flowers), Summer Slippers (200 flowers):
Helmets, shoulders, clothes, and shoes are all festival-specific and can only be transformed during the Fire Festival.
Most of the Fire Festival achievements involve worshiping a bonfire somewhere and desecrating a bonfire somewhere. For example, worshiping all the bonfires in Pandaria, desecrating all the bonfires in Northrend, etc. I won’t go into details about this kind of achievements.
In addition to worship and blasphemy, there are also these 4 achievements:
When a character desecrates a bonfire in a hostile main city for the first time, he will automatically receive a task. This can be triggered in all four basic enemy main cities. If you desecrate all four main cities and complete the task, you can obtain this achievement.
For this achievement, you need to buy the Fire Festival suit from the merchant. You don’t need a head. You just need to buy shoulders, clothes and slippers. A total of 400 flowers. These three pieces constitute the Fire Festival suit:
After wearing these three pieces, you can find a ribbon pole like a street lamp in the activity area. Enter "/dance" below for 60 seconds to get the achievement.
I just cleared Japan once and there is nothing much to say.
You need to buy torches from the festival merchant first. You can buy 5 torches with 5 flowers, and you can hold up to 40 torches at the same time:
You can't buy a new account. You need to complete the guidance task of an NPC next to you to teach you how to use a torch. After completing a few tasks, you can buy a torch from a merchant, and a daily task will be started. Throw a torch to a flower. Not much, only 20 About.
After buying the torch, go to Northrend Dalaran. After using it, you can choose the landing point and choose your own feet. If the torch is thrown into the sky and falls and hits you, it will automatically return to the bag, so you don't have to buy 40, buy 20. Right or left is enough. Go to the Dalaran sewers. The ceiling of the sewers is very low. If you throw it up and hit the ceiling, it will fall down. Drag the torch to the shortcut bar and use it quickly. Use 40 consecutively within 15 seconds to jump to the achievement:
The guidance mission may be difficult to complete because there are too many people. You can go to the main city where there are not many people, such as the Exodar or Silvermoon City to receive the mission.
Merchants sell heirloom upgrade items for armor, off-hands or shields. 60-90 cost 350 flowers, and 90-100, 100-110 and 110-120 all cost 600 flowers.
The main mission rewards some flowers, and the first quest for the shirt in the dungeon also rewards you. These can only be completed once.
There are three little pets for sale, all cost 350 flowers, one will be dropped in the festival copy, and there will be a total of 4 little pets in the Fire Festival.
In melee combat, don't charge the boss before it turns into a diamond, otherwise you will be killed instantly.
There is no mount in the Fire Festival, but its achievement is one of the achievements that constitute the [Strange Journey]. This achievement requires completing the achievements of eight festivals and rewards a mount.
