However, we didn't stop with the game's release. Mini-Patch 1 is out: today’s update will address several crashes, bugs, and more.
We're aware of the issues you're experiencing when saving your game progress, and after research, we've discovered that the issue is with our cross-platform save functionality. Note that this feature won't really work until the PlayStation 5 version is released on September 6th (and beyond). Therefore, we decided to temporarily disable it so that we can have time to fix the problem. This change will not affect anyone's in-game experience, and the Steam cloud save function will not be affected in any way.

Game crashes and progress-blocking issues
Fixed an issue where you could get stuck during the first conversation with the main boss.
Fixed a rare issue where the player character's status might not update correctly after death.
Fixed a game crash that could occur during Asdalen's cinematic dialogue at the end of the game.
Fixed a crash that could occur when loading an old save file in Final Light.
Fixed a crash that could occur when using Mind Reading in a Mind Flayer colony.
Fixed an issue that could result in getting stuck on the loading screen when loading a save game after death.

Multiplayer
When a game dialogue performance requires all players to participate, players who were previously listening to the dialogue will now correctly join in.

Game play
Fixed hair physics issue for drow and elf male strong builds.
Fixed an issue where Phase Spiders would skip their turn in combat when the web they were on was destroyed.
Fixed a rolling issue where re-rolling could cause a failure when using bonuses and clicking too quickly.
Duplicate spells no longer appear in followers' hotbars, and you can no longer customize their selection menu. (Note: Followers are not peers or team members.)
Fixed an issue that would cause randomization when selecting a non-White Dragonborn character during character creation.
