Jakarta commons fileupload元件可以處理HTTP請求及回應，很多時候被用來處理檔案上傳，但近期發現，當我們自訂檔案上傳、自己組裝mime資訊、檔案上傳時加入自訂head節點時，fileupload元件無法取得自訂的head節點，仔細分析了fileu pload元件原始碼後，發現核心方法在FileUploadBase檔案的findNextItem方法中，問題在於fileupload元件解析完自訂的head節點後，卻忘記傳遞到FileItemStreamImpl中了，稍作修訂，即可修正該bug。
